Apply Nowâ€"November 1 is quickly approaching! Can you believe that we are only 2 weeks away from November 1?! We know this is a very busy time, and I hope you have been taking time to enjoy your senior year (and continue to do well in your classes) thus far! This is a reminder that November 1 is our Early Action application deadline.If you have not yet already started your application, I strongly encourage you to set aside some time and start to do so now! We encourage all students to apply before our Early Action deadline of November 1 in order to give yourself priority consideration for competitive academic programs, merit-based scholarships, and honors programs. (We use your application for admission to consider you for those three things). Another benefitâ€"you will receive an updated admissions status on December 14! That allows plenty of time to visit campus if you can, ask more questions about the Illinois experience, and make the most informed college decision possible by May 1. In order to have a complete application by November 1, we really only need two things from you: Your online application submitted either through Coalition or myIllini. This application will include your self-reported academic record, self-reported ACT and/or SAT test scores, 1st and 2nd choice major selections, essay(s), extracurriculars, etc. You can read more the application here. An application fee ($50 for domestic students, $75 for international students) or an application fee waiver form submitted by a high school official. As a reminder, we do not accept letters of recommendation, SAT Subject Test scores, AP scores, resumes, etc. in our admissions review process.
